Job summary

Eagles Point Security is hiring Patrol Drivers in San Diego for route-based shifts, patrolling 10+ client properties per shift and ensuring visible security and rapid incident response.

Roles include detailed mobile reporting, enforcing community rules, and coordinating with supervisors. Weekend/holiday availability required; must be able to walk properties and operate a patrol vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid CA driver’s license required.
• Guard card (BSIS) required.
• At least 1 year of private security experience (patrol preferred).
• Clean driving record with max 1 point.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use reporting apps and GPS.
• Weekend, holiday, and occasional overtime availability.
• Able to walk properties and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols across client properties.
• Address community concerns: noise, parking enforcement, trespassing, vandalism.
• Complete detailed, time-stamped reports through mobile reporting software.
• Operate and maintain a company-assigned patrol vehicle.
• Follow a designated route schedule and manage time.
• Coordinate with supervisors for delay incidents.
• Maintain professional communication with community members and dispatch.
