Job summary

Eagles Point Security is seeking professional and reliable Patrol Drivers to join our growing team in the San Diego area. As a Route-Based Patrol Driver, you’ll visit 10+ client properties per shift, provide visible security, enforce community rules, and document activities with mobile reporting.

The position is part-time with a 9:00 PM–5:00 AM schedule. Requirements include a California driver’s license, a clean driving record, a BSIS Guard Card, and 1+ year in private security.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in private security (patrol preferred).
• Strong verbal/written communication.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using reporting apps and GPS tracking.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Able to walk properties and perform light physical tasks.
• Must be able to remain on duty until route is complete.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols across client properties.
• Address community concerns (noise, parking, trespassing, vandalism).
• Complete time-stamped reports through mobile reporting software.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle.
• Manage time and follow a route schedule.
• Coordinate with supervisors for incidents delaying the route.
• Maintain professional communication with community members and dispatch.
