Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a Patient Transporter at Oconee Memorial Hospital in Seneca, SC. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available; Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

The role involves safe, timely transport of patients and equipment, securing IVs and drains, coordinating with nursing staff, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prior customer service experience is required; fixed pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients, secures IVs and drainage tubes, and ensures patient safety.
• Use wheelchairs and rolling stock to move patients as needed.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and dispatch to ensure timely transport.
• Ensure patient comfort and modesty during transport and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or security concerns promptly.
