McLaren Health Care’s Rehabilitation department in Michigan is seeking a Nurse Assistant to support patient-centered care during night shifts. Under RN supervision, you will perform day-to-day care activities, maintain a safe, clean environment, and respect patients’ developmental and cultural needs.

This is a part-time role with a 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM schedule and a 40-hour biweekly expectation. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a Nurse Assistant Certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a Nurse Assistant Certification program or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of recent experience as a Nurse Assistant in an acute care setting.
• Completion of phlebotomy course or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Performs patient care interventions as delegated by the RN to help meet treatment goals.
• Delivers compassionate support and assistance to patients and families.
• Provides help with daily activities and personal hygiene for patients.
• Ensures compliance with health care regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and follows infection-control policies.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
