Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA is seeking a Patient Safety Companion for a 0.90 FTE night shift. You will observe and monitor patients to ensure safety and aid comfort under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The role offers full-time status, shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package with Tuition Discount via the Grant-in-Aid program for employees and eligible dependents.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older
• Previous training and/or experience in basic health care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Constant observation and monitoring of assigned patient(s) to ensure safety and prevent injury; assist with basic care under supervision of RN.
