Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Watch patients with continuous focus to ensure safety and well-being.
• Identify risks such as falls or self-harm and alert the care team promptly.
• Document patient activity and changes accurately during your shift.
• Safeguard patient privacy at all times.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to foster compassion, respect, and teamwork.
