Job summary

Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Utah is seeking a Virtual Patient Safety Attendant for night shifts. From a remote station, you will monitor at-risk patients and communicate concerns to the care team to prevent falls, injuries, or self-harm.

You will document activity, protect privacy, and work with a compassionate team in a high-stakes, patient-centered environment. Qualifications include BCLS within 7 days and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold Basic Cardiac Life Support within 7 days of start date.
• Must hold Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Watching patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being
• Identifying risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alerting the care team to intervene quickly and protect patients
• Documenting patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout your shift
• Honoring patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times
• Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork
