Job summary

Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced RN to join the ICU team for fulltime night shifts. You’ll lead patient care, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and document care plans to ensure the highest level of critical care.

Qualifications

• 3 years RN ICU experience required.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• Oklahoma RN license required before start date.
• Advanced Life Support certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care: manage comprehensive care plans and direct nursing care.
• Coordinate the Team: act as central coordinator among clinical disciplines.
• Be a Clinical Expert: document orders and monitor patient condition.
• Holistic Assessment: assess patients and address physical, emotional, spiritual needs.
