Sanford Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide patient-centered nursing care during scheduled night shifts. The role involves three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with every other weekend and holiday commitments.

Under RN/LPN supervision, you will record vitals, assist with daily living activities, prepare treatment areas, collect specimens, and handle routine scheduling/documentation tasks. CNA is preferred; sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants.

Qualificações

• High school graduate preferred; GED acceptable.
• CNA preferred; maintains required competencies.
• Knowledge of healthcare basics and medical terminology.
• Experience with patient care is beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks related to scheduling and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Record vital statistics and basic health information.
• Administer basic care and assist with daily living activities.
• Clean patient living areas and treatment rooms.
• Collect non-invasive biological specimens.
• Prepare treatment areas and clean equipment; dispose of biomedical waste.
• Perform clerical duties related to scheduling and documentation.
• Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Provide one-on-one patient care when required.
