Responsibilities

• Assist professional nurse in patient care and family support.
• Handle supplies, equipment, and unit safety responsibilities.
• Support quality improvement data collection and patient satisfaction efforts.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges per unit operations.
• Maintain infection control standards and patient environment cleanliness.
• Provide phlebotomy, glucose fingerstick, and ECG as assigned.
• Communicate with patients and staff in a respectful, responsive manner.
