Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ PCT experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs treatments according to policy and procedure, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Documents and reports all procedures per department policy.
• Assists in obtaining nursing history and reports abnormalities to the registered nurse.
• Participates in identifying patient needs and supports quality standards.
