• Assists with ambulating and mobilization of patients, takes and records vitals (BP, temperature, pulse, respirations, SpO2).
• Weighs patients and assists with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Assists with bedpans, toileting, catheter care, and drain management; assists with turning and linen changes.
• Supports meal preparation and feeding; monitors intake and output; helps maintain a clean patient room.
• Arranges supplies and inventories for the department; turns into daily tasks.
• Receives and directs calls; serves as department receptionist; supports clerical duties as needed.
• Promotes teamwork and helps meet department goals and objectives.
