Qualifications

• Reliable, compassionate patient care assistant with ability to monitor vitals.
• Ability to assist with ambulation, hygiene, and daily activities.
• Capable of to maintaining accurate patient records and supporting nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ambulation and mobilization of patients.
• Record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respirations, O2 sat).
• Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, and meal prep as needed.
• Provide bedside care and support for Baker acted patients where applicable.
• Perform clerical duties to support healthcare team workflows.
• Answer phones and function as department receptionist.
• Maintain supplies and inventory for the department.
• Collaborate with the team to meet unit goals.
