Job summary

Texas Health Huguley in Burleson, TX is seeking a Full-time Nursing Support role for the night shift. You will perform patient care under the direction of a registered nurse, document procedures, and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements include a High School diploma, Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR, and CNA/CPCT/A/EMT certification. Prior PCT experience is preferred; the hospital offers Day One benefits and opportunities for growth within the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification is required.
• CNA, CPCT/A, or EMT certification is required or may be substituted as listed.

Responsibilities

• Performs treatments and provides patient care appropriate to age, mobility, and acuity under RN direction.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and healthcare team.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment and adheres to safety regulations.
• Documents procedures and reports according to department policy.
• Assists in obtaining nursing history and reports abnormalities.
• Other duties as assigned.
