Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated patient care tasks and a clean, safe environment.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and glucose monitoring; report to RN/LPN.
• Support meals, bathing, grooming and activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility and positioning; use walkers or wheelchairs as needed.
• Maintain infection control and PPE protocols; communicate effectively with team.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and risk management.
• Remain with patients as required for observation and safety.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
