Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Collects and records patient data, including vital signs and intake/output.
• Assists with meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility tasks.
• Positions patients and uses mobility aids as needed.
• Collects specimens and monitors glucose; reports results to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Communicates effectively with the care team and adheres to policies.
• Maintains infection control and uses PPE appropriately.
• Participates in performance improvement and risk management activities.
• May provide continuous observation of patients and performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with all policies.
