Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• CNA license or Gold Standard Intern program completed.
• Fundamentals of nursing courses completed (or equivalent).
• Minimum 18 months in a relevant patient care role.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical and non-clinical duties for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment; proper infection control; handle supplies and equipment.
• Document daily patient care activities, vital signs, hygiene, nutrition, and measurements.
• Respond to call lights promptly with professional communication and teamwork.
• Enter orders/charges into the computer system accurately as needed.
