Baystate Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician for multiple inpatient departments at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, MA. This Night Shift role supports nursing teams, delivers hands-on care, and helps ensure patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.
• One year of patient care experience preferred (long-term, specialty, or acute care).
• PCT or CNA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily activities, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition.
• Assist with patient safety, treatments, and procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.
