Job summary

Texas Health HEB CSU Unit seeks a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for a fast-paced unit. Night shift, full-time, 36 hours weekly, with strong growth and complete benefits.

The PCT will assist patients according to care plans, collect data, and support admissions/discharges while ensuring safety and comfort. Certification prerequisites include BCLS, CPI, and TX-specific CNA/PCT training or equivalent nursing education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• TX CNA/PCT training or THR-approved program.
• Current TX EMT certification or equivalent.
• Nursing student with fundamentals or foreign nurse degree.
• BCLS certification required prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per care plan.
• Collect and report patient data to nurse.
• Assist in admissions/transfers/discharges.
• Assist with activities of daily living and safety.
