Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shaves patients as needed.
• Performs mouth and hair care.
• Bath and back care; partial or complete baths and showers.
• Morning and evening care; prep for sleep and rest.
• Changes bed linens; maintains a clean environment.
• Assists in food service; serves trays and feeds patients as needed.
• Records intake and output; monitors nutrition.
• Monitors vital signs and documents.
• Transports patients by wheelchair or stretcher; assists with mobility.
• Documents care and hand-offs to the next shift.
