Responsibilities

• Provide care to designated patients using a patient/family centered approach and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Communicate findings, changes, or problems to the RN in a timely manner.
• Support unit and hospital goals and objectives; participate in orientation of new staff as assigned.
• Perform validated technical skills based upon clinical specialty and unit practice.
• Utilize technology to optimize care delivery and complete quality control checks on designated unit equipment.
