Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year healthcare experience required.
• Certified Nurse’s Assistant, Certified Patient Care Technician, or currently enrolled in a nursing program highly preferred.
• Phlebotomy and EKG skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document data and report changes to the RN.
• Assist with feeding, mobility, and positioning.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKG, and finger-stick glucose testing when trained.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow hospital policies.
