Job summary

Trinity Health Muskegon is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for the night shift on a full-time basis. The PCA will assist patients with daily living activities under RN supervision, focusing on compassionate, holistic care.

Responsibilities include responding to call lights, assisting with hygiene, transporting patients, and maintaining clean patient rooms. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 403b, tuition reimbursement, CEU coverage, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification or related care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient call lights or rounds for assistance.
• Provide or assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Transport patients for procedures, transfers or discharge.
• Maintain clean and uncluttered patient rooms.
