Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA license preferred.
• BLS certification by end of orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Transport patients and support unit operations.
• Maintain patient safety and ensure timely documentation in EMR.
• Communicate with RN regarding patient status and care plan.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist with visits and tests.
