Job summary

Trinity Health Michigan’s Chelsea Hospital is seeking a Part-time Patient Care Assistant for the 7pm–7:30am night shift. The role supports direct patient care under an RN, assists with ADLs, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable environment on a 41-bed medical-surgical unit in Chelsea, Michigan.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Recent experience is desired.
• Must be at least 18 years old or have GED/high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, toileting, transferring and ambulation.
• Record patient information and required data for documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient care environment and support relationship-based care.
