Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent experience desired.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance, lifting greater than 35 pounds using mechanical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of a registered nurse, considering age, culture, and spiritual needs.
• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, toilet, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Record patient information and required data for documentation and care planning.
