Job summary

Fleet Repair Solutions in Grantville, PA is seeking a Night Shift Parts Assistant to support technicians by locating and delivering the correct parts, receiving and organizing inventory, and processing warranty parts. The role runs 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday and offers on‑the‑job training plus advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Locate and provide parts for repairs.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient parts department.
• Process warranty parts and related documentation.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability.
• Help with trailer pick-up and delivery as needed.
• Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized and safe.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule.

Your Role

Schedule: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday

As a Night Shift Parts Assistant, you will:

• Support technicians by locating and providing the correct parts needed for repairs
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient parts department
• Process warranty parts and related documentation
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability
• Help with trailer pick‑up and delivery as needed
• Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized and safe
• Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience in heavy‑duty truck, trailer, or fleet repair environments preferred
• Parts department or inventory management experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required

• Commitment to workplace safety and hazard recognition
• Ability to lift, carry, and move parts as needed
• Comfortable working independently during evening and overnight hours
