Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous cashier, parking, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, cards, receipts, and related records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance transactions per procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and events.
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and move as required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist guests entering or exiting the parking facility.
• Process payments accurately using the cashier system and issue receipts.
• Balance cash, cards, and records; report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, professional cashier area and represent AAA Parking well.
• Coordinate with valet and hotel staff to support guest flow.
• Follow safety and cash-handling procedures and report issues promptly.
