Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Full-time Night Shift Paramedic for an industrial client in Wilson, NC. The role involves assessing and delivering pre-hospital care, coordinating with the team, and transporting patients to hospital when needed.

You must complete an accredited paramedic program, hold a NC paramedic license, and possess ACLS, BLS, and CPR/AED. The position requires three years of paramedic experience, occupational medicine exposure, and ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Paramedic licensure in North Carolina required
• ACLS, BLS and CPR/AED certifications required
• Minimum of three (3) years paramedic experience
• Experience in a clinic/urgent care or emergency department setting preferred
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate ambulance equipment and respond to radio transmissions
• Coordinate with the team during emergencies
• Provide basic and advanced life support care
• Assist with medical procedures within licensed scope
• Prepare and transport patients to hospital or clinic
• Document patient condition and treatments accurately
• Maintain training and knowledge of current medical procedures
• Conduct site drug and alcohol testing when required
