Job summary

International SOS is seeking a dedicated Paramedic for a full-time night shift in Wilson, NC. The role involves providing life support and prehospital care, coordinating with a clinical team, and safely transporting patients to facilities while documenting patient information accurately.

The ideal candidate has a NC paramedic license, ACLS, BLS, CPR/AED certifications, and at least three years of paramedic experience, including urgent care or emergency room exposure.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited paramedic program.
• Minimum of three (3) years of paramedic experience; clinic setting (urgent care, emergency room) preferred.
• Paramedic North Carolina License, ACLS, BLS, CPR/AED are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate ambulance equipment and respond to emergency calls.
• Coordinate with the team during emergencies and medical procedures.
• Provide emergency care in basic and advanced life support.
• Transport patients to hospital; document vital signs and treatments.
• Assist physicians and clinical leaders with procedures as permitted by scope of practice.
• Maintain patient safety and comply with regulations during all shifts.
