Nash UNC Health Care in North Carolina seeks an experienced Paramedic (EMT-P) to join the NGH Emergency Room on a full-time night schedule. You will perform advanced patient care under RN supervision, assist with procedures, monitor vitals, and support transfers and admissions.

Required: High School Diploma; EMT-P with NC EMS; NIHSS, ASLS, CPI, ACLS, BCLS certifications (within 1 year); 2 years’ paramedic experience. Onsite role.

Qualifications

• EMT-P certification and NC EMS licensure required.
• 2 years of paramedic experience required.
• NIHSS, ASLS, CPI, ACLS, BCLS certifications must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and monitoring per RN plan.
• Assist with procedures and treatments and documentation.
• Support patient transports and admissions as needed.
