Job summary

Simmons Foods is seeking a Stacker on the Southwest City, MO production line for night shifts. You will palletize products, prepare pallets, and ensure correct counts by layering and rotating pallets on the line.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and strong attention to detail to maintain safety and efficiency in a loud, cold production environment. This is a full-time position with standard manufacturing shift expectations.

Qualifications

• Must communicate and cooperate with others.
• Must be attentive to detail to ensure there are no mixed pallets.
• Communication skills and decision quality to work with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Palletize products on pallets according to product codes and dates.
• Place a proper empty pallet and slip sheet on line to be stacked and rotate layers for correct counts.
• Participate in team development, communication, and policy implementation; attend team meetings and support cohesive action.
