PLA and its Family of Companies in Pasco, WA seeks a diligent Pallet Sorting Machine Operator for the night shift. You will safely operate a SMETCO 300 pallet sorter, sort pallets by quality, and perform routine maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as a Machine Operator preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet sorting machinery safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned equipment (SMETCO 300 pallet sorter) according to company policies.
• Sort pallets by quality and type, inspecting for conformance to standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and clear jams or debris.
• Report any equipment problems promptly to maintenance or supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace around the machine.
