Responsibilities

• Move product with a pallet jack within or near the work site.
• Provide timely feedback to Management on performance and procedures.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
• Ensure emergency exits and fire extinguishers are clear of debris.
• Assist shipping and inventory departments as needed.
• Report GMP, food safety, or product staging issues to management.
• Prompt stacking, lumping, and rebuilding of pallets.
• Identify pallets not meeting Mastronardi specifications.
• Maintain clean work areas free of debris and stray product.
• Assist with dumping product in approved containers daily.
• Record units moved using daily production sheets.
• Read work orders or follow oral instructions.
• Carry tools or supplies from storage or trucks as needed.
