Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a full-time Forklift Driver (Receiving) for the Jonestown, PA location. The role requires operating high-reach and/or dock stocker lifts to ensure accurate inventory movement and timely shipping.

The position offers a night shift with rotating schedules, starting 6 PM and ending 5:30 AM, and requires a forklift license and a high school diploma. Safety, accuracy, and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift License required and related work experience.
• Must communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience operating the High-Reach forklift and/or Dock Stocker lift is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move product within warehouse and trailers using a stand-up forklift.
• Handle and maintain the flow of inventory in the warehouse.
• Perform basic tag and paperwork functions with high accuracy to ensure integrity of pallet movement and food safety traceability.
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe and orderly fashion.
• Report any product quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Properly select / load / inspect / sort product per supervisors' instructions / guidance.
