Pro Resources Inc. is seeking dependable Packline Operators to pack newly slit steel coils for shipment at a premier steel processing facility in Butler, Indiana. Positions operate on Second Shift 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or Third Shift 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM with pay of $20.00 per hour, depending on position, experience, and work history.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Steel processing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read work orders and follow packaging instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Package finished slit steel coils according to customer specifications.
• Apply protective packaging materials and secure coils for shipment.
• Verify product labels and identification tags.
• Inspect finished coils for quality before packaging.
• Operate banding and packaging equipment.
• Work with overhead cranes and material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate production and shipping documentation.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Keep the packaging area clean and organized.
