Indiana Pickling, a Feralloy Corporation joint venture, is hiring an Entry Laborer to support coil preparation and inspection for on-time production. You will help feed coils into the line, inspect for corrosion or damage, and maintain housekeeping for safety and quality.

This entry-level role offers a path within a growing steel processing operation in Indiana. Compensation starts at $26.01/hour with a $0.40/hour shift differential for off-shifts, plus monthly bonuses and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Union Facility – International Longshoremen Association Local 2038.

Responsibilities

• Entry Labor: prepare coils for entry into the line and inspect steel, report conditions affecting quality, keep area tidy and safe.
• Exit Labor: band and package coils for removal and shipment, observe steel for defects and notify relevant personnel.
