Job summary

Amcor Limited is hiring for a night shift position from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The role focuses on packing products, ensuring quality and adherence to safety guidelines. You will work as part of the production team, handling packaging, dating, lot stamping, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

The position supports start-up activities and requires reporting any production or equipment issues to supervisors, with adherence to company policies and safety housekeeping rules.

Responsibilities

• Packs polyethylene bags/liners in a neat and orderly manner according to job specification, closely adhering to the count per box.
• Checks quality of products for width and length, seal strength, packaging specifications, twist ties, and any other specification noted as special instructions.
• Report all production or equipment problems to Machine Operator and/or Supervisor.
• Place date and lot number on all cases.
• Use lane coders to stamp each carton.
• Observes all safety regulations.
• Maintains clean work area at all times.
• Assists in processing start-up as required.
• Maintains required production records as required.
• Perform other related functions and duties as assigned or required.
