Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate for the evening shift. You will gather and pack produced product, perform quality control, and place finished boxes into inventory to support a smooth production flow.

Role requires the ability to lift 50–60 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and follow safety and quality standards. Prior dock/warehouse experience is preferred; HS diploma or GED is acceptable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a production/plant environment is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail for quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Freight handling or dock/warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Gather and pack produced product into designated boxes.
• Ensure quality control as product is packed.
• Place completed boxes into inventory.
• Operate machinery to load engineered rolls.
• Lift 50–60 lbs consistently.
