Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Crisfield, MD is hiring for a night-shift manufacturing operator (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will operate packaging equipment, inspect and pack brushes and rollers, and follow work orders to ensure quality and efficiency.

A $1.00/hour shift differential applies, and employees are eligible for a bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, FSAs, disability, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment including baggers, drop sealers, and zip sealers.
• Pack rollers according to work orders using packaging materials.
• Read and follow instructions on the production floor and in shipping/receiving.
• Monitor quality of product in manufacturing and packaging areas.
• Enter data for tasks using computers.
• Participate in housekeeping and safety program activities.
• Assist in site safety committee meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to attendance policy.
