Job summary

Wilsonart is hiring for a general production role at our facility in the United States. Assists area in any jobs the department needs and supports packaging, inspection, and material handling tasks to keep the line moving.

You'll work in a safety-conscious environment with opportunities to learn, lead, and grow. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude as you contribute to delivering quality laminate products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Inspect laminate and laminate panels for quality.
• Flip laminate and panels as part of handling.
• Make boxes for packing kits.
• Set up tables, pallets and skids for inspection and packing.
• Band pallets for shipment readiness.
• Operate lifts safely as part of material handling.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Move inspected material to staging area.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills relevant to tasks.
