Responsibilities include sanitation, product handling, changing over, quality checks, and data entry on production reports.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and prepare production reports.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to follow standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain area, equipment, and personal sanitation.
• Prepare, weigh, carry, load, space product.
• Open and rework product.
• Operate case packer and case erector.
• Troubleshoot, clean, and maintain case packer.
• Perform product change overs utilizing the matrix.
• Review order specs and assemble boxes.
• Review order specs and pack boxes.
• Quality checks to ensure packaging matches customer specs.
• Directly communicate to line personnel on specs and quality issues.
• Palletize product.
• Disassembly and assembly of equipment.
• Sanitize lines when needed.
• Enter data on production reports.
• Communicate safety issues to line personnel.
• Productive use of downtime.
• Adhere to GMP and Safety policies and guidelines.
