Job summary

Debbie's Staffing is recruiting for Can Stander Associates for our client located in Kannapolis, NC. The position is on a 2,2,3 schedule from 6pm to 6:30am, paying $17.00 per hour with weekly pay and a temp-to-hire pathway.

Responsibilities include ensuring materials align with the production schedule, inspecting packaging quality, and maintaining GMPs, sanitation, and HAACP compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Must have attention to detail and work well with other departments and individuals.
• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are correct based on the production schedule for all products being packaged.
• Monitor and inspect the flow of cases to identify and detect defective packaging.
• Conduct inspection on finished goods and materials to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Adhere to health, food safety, HACCP, Allergen, sanitation SOPs and GMPs.
• Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment.
• Fill out required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Adhere to GMPs.
• Perform cleaning tasks per MSS and company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
