The Campbell's Company in Ohio is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for 3rd shift at $21.40/hour. You will operate packaging equipment, monitor production, and help maximize efficiency while maintaining product quality standards.

You will lead the line, collaborate with Packers, Maintenance, and Quality teams, perform changeovers, and support continuous improvement. A high school diploma and packaging experience are preferred; overtime and lifting are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing/production experience.
• Able to safely operate packaging equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read production schedules.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate snack packaging machinery and monitor production.
• Review schedules and plan equipment and materials.
• Monitor codes, dates, and pricing for accuracy.
• Maintain packaging materials and changeovers.
• Lead the packaging line and coordinate with team members.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and housekeeping policies.
