Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Support/Packaging Associate to help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency across the facility. Shifts include Evening (3:00pm–11:30pm) and Midnight (11:00pm–7:30am); opportunity to learn and grow within the team.

You will inspect and package plastic products, operate equipment safely, and complete required paperwork while maintaining quality and a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production and packaging needs throughout the facility.
• Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.
• Properly complete all required paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
• Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
• Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
• Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
• Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
