Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent civilian/military education.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to wear PPE including hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, and safety shoes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA forklift certification with on-site Mars training.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate food-safe machinery and production lines to meet daily targets.
• Assess equipment reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Execute food safety and quality checks and maintain precise logs.
• Maintain documentation using desktop and production-tracking systems.
• Safely operate a forklift to manage material flow and inventory.
