Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Package Handler in Mason City, IA. You will load, unload, and sort freight quickly and accurately to support fast deliveries.

The role includes a Tue–Sat 1:00AM start with 10–15 hours of overtime weekly, paid OT after 40 hours, and a pay rate of $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus shift differential. A comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages by hand from fleet vehicles.
• Scan package barcode labels during unloading for tracking.
• Sort packages by zip code, city, or state.
• Stack freight in trailers and routes to maximise space and prevent damage.
• Wash fleet vehicles to maintain company image.
• Perform light custodial duties for a clean, safe warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
