We are seeking a supervisor, night warehouse responsible for the efficient operation of the shift, including proper manpower utilization, SOP adherence, training and motivating crew and for operating safely.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse/ship/receiving experience for perishables.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and train hourly employees.
• Ability to solve problems independently and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dock and cooler operations.
• Coach and develop outbound associates.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Assign and schedule work; discipline when needed.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Inspect equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
