Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking Warehouse Team Members to support order fulfillment and inventory control in a fast-paced distribution setting in Stafford, TX. The role features a flex schedule with 8–29 hours weekly and a pay rate of $20.60 per hour, including shift differential.

Candidates will receive training, potential cross-training in multiple areas, and opportunities to contribute to efficient product flow from receipt to shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
