Job summary

Xpedient Logistics is seeking an Equipment Operator III to support warehouse operations during the 6:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. shift. You will use an order picker (cherry picker) to retrieve and store furniture and other products, safely moving goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, operating RF scanners, and following safety procedures. Previous experience with order pickers and RF scanning is preferred; overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating an order picker, cherry picker, or similar powered equipment.
• Experience handling or storing furniture or bulky inventory preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and RF scanning technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift.
• Ability to work at elevated heights when operating an order picker.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment, primarily an order picker or cherry picker.
• Retrieve, transport, and store furniture in designated warehouse locations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift.
• Pick products from racking systems and transport to staging/shipping areas.
• Scan, pick, and put away inventory using RF gun or handheld scanner.
• Follow location plans and inventory procedures for accurate placement and tracking.
• Verify quantities, item numbers, and storage locations before transactions.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
